    Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and engaged Operations Manager to oversee our distribution operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure efficient communication planning and seamless execution of logistics strategies. The ideal candidate will lead and optimize our distribution processes while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage daily distribution operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for communication and logistics management
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with other departments to align distribution processes with organizational goals
    • Lead and mentor a diverse team of distribution staff

    Pay and Benefits

    Compensation

    $80k - $90k per year

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in distribution or logistics management
    • Proven experience in a hands-on management role
    • Strong understanding of the supply chain process
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
