    Overview

    The Implementation Engineer role at UNIS provides a critical link between technology and customer success. This position is tasked with configuring, deploying, integrating, and optimizing software solutions tailored to client needs. As a key touchpoint in client onboarding and solution delivery, you will directly contribute to advancing operational efficiency for customers while driving continuous improvement within UNIS’ technology platform. The role requires a combination of technical proficiency, business analysis capabilities, and excellent client-facing communication to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • 1. Gather and analyze client business requirements, ensuring thorough understanding to configure and implement software solutions that align with their needs.
    • 2. Install, integrate, test, and deploy software platforms while addressing client feedback and ensuring a high standard of quality control.
    • 3. Collaborate with internal teams—including project managers, developers, and product owners—to design and deliver best-practice solutions.
    • 5. Train clients and provide post-implementation support to ensure proper adoption of solutions, as well as conduct reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
    • 6. Leverage AI tools to create rapid front-end mockups and prototypes, ensuring iterative delivery that meets customers' evolving expectations.

    Pay and Benefits

    Compensation

    $70k - $75k per year

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
    • Proven experience in software implementation, systems integration, or technical consulting roles.
    • Proficiency in programming languages and scripting, including Python, TypeScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
    • Solid understanding of SQL, APIs, and database management principles.
    • Familiarity with modern SaaS solutions, deployment strategies, and cloud technologies.
    • Experience in rapidly creating and iterating prototypes using modern AI tools.

    Skills

    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and data-related challenges.
    Advanced knowledge of scripting, APIs, and data analysis tools to enable customized software implementations.
    Expertise in leveraging AI-powered design and process automation tools for rapid solution development.
    Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent implementations with minimal oversight.
