Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Digital & Growth Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth. This role owns day-to-day performance across paid media, email, SEO, social, and analytics, with a focus on continuous experimentation, optimization, and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta to drive qualified traffic and conversions
Build and execute email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical improvements
Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs across all channels with actionable insights
Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email, and content to improve conversion rates

Requirements

3–6 years in digital or growth marketing roles
Strong experience managing paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
Proficiency in email marketing and lifecycle automation tools
Solid SEO knowledge (on-page, technical, content optimization)
Strong analytics skills (GA4, platform dashboards, Excel/Sheets)
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
