    Overview

    Responsible for accurate and timely entry of order, inventory, shipment, and other warehouse transactions into the Warehouse Management System (WMS); maintains reliable operational data that enables smooth warehouse operations and supports Inventory Control, Billing, and customer reporting; collaborates closely with Operations and related functions to identify discrepancies early, prevent downstream impacts, and continuously improve data accuracy and workflow efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • 1. Enter and verify order, inventory, shipment, and other warehouse transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and within required processing timelines.
    • 2. Review transaction records and system exceptions, research discrepancies, and make or coordinate corrections to maintain accurate operational data.
    • 3. Support inventory and operational audits by preparing transaction histories, reports, and other required documentation.
    • 4. Maintain complete, organized, and accurate records that support Operations, Inventory Control, Billing, and customer reporting.
    • 5. Monitor assigned workloads and communicate potential delays, data issues, or unresolved exceptions before they impact downstream operations.

    Pay and Benefits

    Compensation

    $23 - $28 per hour

    Requirements

    • 1. High School Diploma or GED required.
    • 2. 1+ year of data entry, clerical, or warehouse administrative experience.
    • 3. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy with the ability to process high-volume transactions without sacrificing quality.
    • 4. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • 5. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    Skills

    1. Data entry accuracy and high-volume transaction processing.
    3. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order or inventory management systems.
    4. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
    5. Organization and record-keeping skills.
