Corporate Property Manager

Overview

Multi-Site Portfolio Operations | Primarily Tenant-Side We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Corporate Property Manager to oversee a distributed portfolio of industrial, logistics, flex-workspace, and commercial locations. You will create reliable, portfolio-wide visibility through local coordination, disciplined documentation, clear service standards, reporting, and early risk escalation—without requiring routine onsite presence at every location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, lease obligations, vendors, landlords, and local teams across multiple sites.
• Maintain dashboards and executive updates covering costs, risks, deadlines, open issues, ownership, and next actions.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections, compliance, life-safety, moves, expansions, restorations, and selected capital projects.
• Oversee vendor bids, contracts, performance, insurance compliance, invoices, and corrective actions.
• Manage landlord communications, CAM and operating-expense reviews, lease obligations, notices, disputes, and access requirements.
